Fuel director joins NSPCC board in Birmingham
Our Digital Director, Alem (Maisan Ali Yousif Hassan) Al-Khamiri, recently accepted an invitation to join the NSPCC Birmingham Business Board. Comprising 12 members of Birmingham’s Business Community, Alem’s primary role on the board will be to lead the development of brand content and marketing collateral for NSPCC sponsorship initiatives; including that of their flagship event ‘The Laughter Ball’.
Fuel will also be carrying out a number of pro bono projects to support their initiatives, starting with the development of a new NSPCC Birmingham Business Board website.
Commenting on his appointment, Alem said “Getting to be part of the NSPCC Birmingham Business Board is a fantastic opportunity to put the skills I use day-to-day to a different use. Don’t get me wrong; I enjoy generating revenue and fueling growth for our clients but despite their goals being very much the same, 3rd Sector Marketing Strategies are surprisingly different to marketing strategies for traditional businesses. Fuel has worked with a number of charities over the years and they are always fun and rewarding projects to work on, so I’m really looking forward to getting properly stuck in from January ’24”.
This appointment extends our commitment to supporting our communities which includes the following organisations.
