Animation

Animation brings products and services to life. The more we can engage with a product, the more likely we are to buy it - it’s a straightforward recipe for success.

It was a real pleasure to work with Fuel and get this important message out there. Despite the onset of Covid-19, it was vital that men check themselves regularly. Animation is fun, imaginative, and above all, entertaining for consumers. It’s an exciting form of marketing that makes brands more engaging, but also more memorable. Animation involves a lot more than just bringing products to life. Incorporating animation across different aspects of a digital marketing campaign, from animating logos to creating 3D animated videos, elevates consumer interest.

Animation can be used to tell a story and to attract attention. At Fuel, we achieve this for our clients via the following methods:

  • 2D animation
  • 3D animation
  • Motion graphics

2D and 3D animation create moving images that attract attention and provide a compelling medium that consumers can connect with. 2D uses flat drawings that are sequences and sped up to create movement (a little like a flip book). 3D on the other hand, uses digital software to create life like three dimensional moving images. 2D and 3D are both a little different, however that’s not to say that one is better than the other. Depending on the needs of the campaign, we use a combination of 2D/3D animation to drive engagement.

As for motion graphics, this involves (literally) what it says on the tin. Motion graphics is the process of creating movement in graphics. It transforms static graphic designs into moving graphic designs, hence why you’ll sometimes hear it referred to as ‘motion design’.
