The brief
With a company history stretching back 60 years, there is plenty to draw from when embarking upon new creative and communications. However, we have been working with J H Lidstone since late last year to carefully understand the needs of the business before applying new creative work.
We always ask the same question: How will we fuel growth? What was clear from the answer is we need to bring greater prominence to the company’s high quality screeding and tiling work alongside the plastering work for which J H Lidstone is famous. More importantly, the advice and experience they bring to projects. That intelligence has developed constantly over 60 years which is why the company is a very reassuring presence in a marketplace that has experienced real turbulence. They can be trusted to deliver.
The work
We’re really pleased to reveal what we think is a quality finish J H Lidstone’s new brand identity and website. The process involved consultation at different levels within the organisation before we produced two creative routes for execution. They liked both which was great but the chosen design better reflects their depth and heritage and gives them confidence for the future and allows them to showcase their work on their website and enhanced social media presence.
