The brief
Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise still didn’t feel that it was telling its story effectively enough. Thanks to our proven track record in their sector, we won a competitive tender to improve their communications.
- A full rebranding project to encompass relationships with all stakeholders (staff, students, patients, community and public bodies) and include the University of Plymouth’s stake in Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise.
- A new and dynamic mobile responsive website to showcase a full range of media content
- Social media management and engagement
The work
Not long after we began working together the global pandemic struck and Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise was left in limbo given the nature of its work. Typically, they rose to the challenge and have won awards for their resilience and professionalism.
During that time, we managed a socially distanced workshop with team members representing all locations and levels within the organisation. We distilled the findings to create a compelling repositioning around representing the future of dentistry which was wholeheartedly embraced.
We designed and developed two creative routes for the new brand identity and the chosen identity will be launched in Q1 of 2022. We have also worked with the client to better showcase their brand values as part of the rebranding strategy which will be valuable for recruitment and retention in the future.
The results
“Fuel has taken our marketing and communications to a higher level which greatly reflects the tremendous work done by our team. They are both knowledgeable and approachable and have made our rebranding process inclusive and easier than we thought it would be.”
Nathan Findlay, Chief Operating Officer, Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise
The new brand better represents the quality of the PDSE team, its forward-looking nature, and the way it gets results through partnerships. It will undoubtedly help them in attracting the next generation of dental professionals and find better outcomes for its patients and the most vulnerable people in society.
