Fuel continues its investment in marketing students
Fuel has recently welcomed Ella Guildford, a BA (Hons) Marketing student from Plymouth University,to the team on a 1 year placement.
Ella has studied advertising, brand management and marketing communications which will help her within the company along with the Digital Marketing module that was run last year.
Ella has recently been awarded with an IDM certificate in Digital Marketing; “During the Digital Marketing module I created a digital marketing plan, having done a situation analysis in a previous piece of coursework for the module. This helped give me a better understanding of the digital environment and what was on offer for its customers to use for an effective digital campaign”.
As a member of the Marketing Society, Ella was able to take part in a trip to London to attend the Digital Marketing show in the Excel arena.
Having previously worked as a part of the Loungers company, Ella has experience in giving great customer service and getting it right for the customers and worked front of house within one of the Lounges that made significant sales.
Upon joining Fuel, Ella said: “I am really looking forward to being a part of the team and see the growing progress across the projects and the company. I hope to be able to finish my placement having extended my marketing knowledge through gaining the practical insight into the industry through Fuel Communications”.
Commenting on her arrival, Martyn King, Managing Director at Fuel, said: “We are delighted to welcome Ella to the team and give her the opportunity to learn and grow in an agency environment. Ella joins a growing list of placement students we have welcomed and I am sure she will make the same positive impact as both her predecessors”.
