In Episode 8 of the Fuelling Growth Podcast our Managing Director Martyn King and regular host Phil Seeva sat down for a chat with Rhodri Davey, Managing Partner of leading Devon law firm Kitson Boyce, about Mergers for Growth.

Rhodri walked us through the merger last year of Kitsons and Boyce Hatton to form Kitson Boyce in October 2023. It has been a great first year for the firm, culminating in it being named ‘Law Firm of the Year’ at the Devon & Somerset Law Society Awards 2024.

Martyn casted his mind back five years when mergers were in his mind for Fuel’s future growth. That resulted in the company combining with both One Polygon and The Ruckus in late 2019 and early 2020.
