The brief
The Pet Carpenter came to us with a clear problem: their products were premium, but their digital presence wasn’t keeping pace. They needed a cohesive brand identity and a platform that could handle the complexity of bespoke orders without losing the warmth and craft at the heart of what they do.
The work
We started with a visual identity and logo that speaks to both sides of the brand, premium home aesthetics and genuine love for animals. Clean, considered, and built to last.
The bigger challenge was the commission process itself. Quoting bespoke furniture is complex, and every order is different. To solve this, we developed a custom estimation tool that guides customers through their requirements and gives The Pet Carpenter the information they need to provide accurate quotes quickly, cutting down on back-and-forth and freeing up time on both sides.
The result is a platform that makes ordering a custom piece feel as thoughtful as the furniture itself.
