The brief
Portwrinkle Holidays were looking to create demand for their yet-to-be developed Thanckes House property and start booking customers for the summer period. As Portwrinkle Holidays are a retained client with Fuel, we saw the opportunity to utilise our 3D services to create a set of off-plan 3D renders that would attract and appeal to people looking for a Cornish staycation ahead of the development’s completion.
The work
Generating customer interest for our clients is our main priority. With that in mind, Fuel created a plan of using the most valuable family-attracting aspects of their Thanckes house property to illustrate its luxury.
Working alongside the architect, we recreated the property in 3D, as well as its surrounding views. Following this, our in-house photography and videography team developed angle and lighting scenarios that would be most attractive to the visitors of our client’s website and capture their attention on social media.
Fuel then ‘furnished’ the 3D property as per the brief from our client to ensure that it matched the quality and luxury that was in-tune with their premium holiday properties.
The results
